Operates heavy equipment Under the direction of the Site Manager, the Eco Depot Shift Supervisor directs the work of staff members and oversees daily operations and retail sales at the Eco Depot facility. The position maintains site transaction records, assesses load volumes, schedules staff and operates heavy equipment. High school diploma or its equivalent At least one year of related medium or heavy equipment experience or completion of specialized training Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite – e.g., Word, Excel, Outlook Professional demeanor Strong written and verbal communication skills in English Detail oriented Strong leadership skills Strong training skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and responsibilities Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree Experience operating heavy equipment At least one year of customer service experience At least one year of supervisory experience Valid Class C driver’s license Record of safe driving for the last three years Class B Municipal Solid Waste license – or the ability to obtain *Texas Disposal Systems is an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer.
