We are looking for another full-time crew member to join our small construction team. Construction experience is helpful, but not required. We are more interested in finding someone dependable, hardworking, positive, and interested in learning a skilled trade. We can teach you how to build. This is not a large production construction company. We work as a small crew, typically completing one custom project at a time. Our work ranges from deck framing and composite/PVC decking to railings, stairs, roofs, soffit ceilings, lighting, and other detailed outdoor construction. What You’ll Do * Work alongside our crew building custom decks and outdoor living spaces * Carry and organize lumber and construction materials * Demo existing decks and structures * Dig, pour concrete, frame, cut, fasten, and assemble * Learn proper use of saws, drills, nail guns, and other construction tools * Keep jobsites organized and clean * Learn increasingly skilled carpentry and deck-building tasks as you develop * Work outside year-round in Western Washington We’re Looking for Someone Who * Shows up on time, every day * Works hard and doesn’t need to be constantly pushed * Enjoys physical, outdoor work * Pays attention and learns quickly * Takes pride in doing things correctly * Can follow directions and communicate well * Is respectful around homeowners, coworkers, and neighbors * Works safely and pays attention to their surroundings * Wants to learn and become more valuable over time * Has a positive attitude and works well on a small team We care a lot about character, reliability, and attitude. Skill can be taught. A good work ethic is much harder to teach. Requirements * 18 years or older * Valid Washington driver’s license * Reliable transportation * Able to repeatedly lift and carry approximately 50 lbs * Comfortable working outdoors in heat, cold, and rain * Smartphone * Able to pass a background check * Drug-free workplace Hours & Pay * Full-time, Monday–Friday * Typical hours: 7:00 AM–4:00 PM * Starting pay $20-$28/hour depending on experience and ability * Overtime opportunities * Bonus opportunities * Opportunity for raises as your skills and responsibilities increase * Year-round work Why Work With Us?
