Willing to train the right candidate We are a contents pack-out company looking for a reliable, hands-on Crew Supervisor to lead a small team on emergency service jobs. We help customers pack, protect, and move their belongings after fire, water, or other damage. This is a working supervisor role, you'll be in the field packing and leading your crew. Schedule: Monday–Friday Responsibilities Lead and supervise a crew on pack-out jobs Pack and protect customer belongings with care Keep jobs on schedule and up to company standards Maintain a safe, organized job site Communicate with team members and customers Train and support crew members Requirements Valid driver's license (required) Leadership or supervisory experience preferred Moving/restoration experience is a plus Able to lift and work in physical environments Reliable, organized, and able to handle fast-paced situations What We're Looking For Strong work ethic and leadership skills Team player with a positive attitude Detail-oriented and dependable Able to stay calm under pressure We are willing to train the right candidate, please submit resume for immediate review!
