The work is both outside and inside the buildings and we work year-round at approximately 40 hours per week. There is a great opportunity for growth, typically on the job training to advance into other positions such as finishing or operating equipment starts within 1-2 months. Starting Wage: $20+ depending on experience in the industry & amp; pay increases with on the job training.
