Responsibility and willingness to work JOB OFFERING — COMMERCIAL CLEANER We are seeking experienced commercial cleaners for a full-time permanent position. Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m. ——— RESPONSIBILITIES: Cleaning of offices and work areas Conference rooms Restrooms (cleaning and disinfection) Kitchens and break rooms Common areas Elevators Stairs Hallways and entry areas ——— REQUIREMENTS: Prior experience in commercial cleaning or housekeeping Reliable personal transportation Bilingual: English and Spanish Responsible individual with willingness to work Ability to lift at least 50 pounds Good communication skills Smoke-free environment Position type: Full-time Salary: $19.50 - $20.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week Experience: Cleaning: 1 year (Preferred) License/Certification: Valid Driver License (Required) Work location: On-site employment
