Summary: Seeking a reliable and responsible individual to maintain cleanliness and order in a residential building through consistent cleaning and garbage removal. Highlights: 1. Maintain cleanliness in common areas 2. Ensure building hallways and entry areas are clean 3. Responsible for garbage removal We are looking for a reliable person to clean and maintain a residential building. Responsibilities include mopping the building common areas at least twice a day, keeping the hallways and entry areas clean, and taking out the building garbage whenever needed. Must be responsible, consistent, and able to keep the building clean on a daily basis.
