We are looking for reliable and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as IT Support Assistants. No advanced IT or cybersecurity experience is required. Training will be provided. ## What You'll Do * Receive equipment shipped by our customers. * Help prepare equipment for remote access by following instructions from our engineers. * Install approved applications and connect peripherals when needed. * Maintain a stable internet connection so engineers can securely connect to equipment. * Communicate with our team through Slack, email, and video meetings. * Assist with shipping equipment back to customers when projects are completed. ## What You Will NOT Do * You will not perform security testing. * You will not conduct cybersecurity assessments. * You will not be responsible for technical troubleshooting beyond the instructions provided by our engineers. Our engineering team handles all security setup, testing, and technical work.
