Position Summary We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Help Desk Technician to join our IT Support team in our Manhattan office. This role provides first-level technical support to end users, ensuring timely resolution of hardware, software, and network-related issues while delivering excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities • Provide Tier 1 technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and peripherals. • Troubleshoot Windows OS, Microsoft Office 365, VPN, and basic network connectivity issues. • Respond to and resolve support tickets via phone, email, and ServiceNow (or similar ticketing system). • Install, configure, and maintain workstations and related IT equipment. • Assist with user onboarding/offboarding (ex: hardware setup, account access). • Support conference room technology and office IT infrastructure. • Escalate complex issues to Tier 2/3 teams as needed. • Maintain accurate documentation of incidents and resolutions. • Follow IT security policies and best practices. • Participate in scheduled after-hours and weekend support (overtime compensation).
