I'm looking for an experienced technician to assist on an as needed basis. Here's the short, incomplete list of technology we work with: Synology and other networking equipment (routers, switches), NAS, Win 11, Macs, MS 365, Google Workspace (also nonprofit offerings for both MS and GW), peripherals. Most of the work is remote but occasional onsite support is needed. Since you'll be the sole problem solver when working with the client, you'll need high level of expertise in all aspects of office technology. The work is interesting, the clients are friendly and awesome. You will need your own reliable transportation and occasionally your own tech tools, mostly for networking/wiring troubleshooting.
