PLEASE SUBMIT RESUME Seeking an Entry-Level Field Engineer / IT Support Technician to support onsite systems and equipment in a dynamic operational environment. This role involves hands-on technical support, hardware installation, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting of computer systems and electronic display equipment, along with inventory support and warehouse organization. Key Responsibilities • Install and configure PC workstations and related peripherals • Replace and install electronic display screens and monitors • Troubleshoot and repair desktop computers, wireless printers, video extenders, among other • Perform preventive maintenance on electronic equipment • Support software installations and application troubleshooting • Work with Windows and Linux operating systems • Assist with virtual machine setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting • Conduct daily walkthrough inspections of equipment and systems • Install and replace large displays • Provide daily written reports of technical issues and resolutions • Learn and support a proprietary software system Skills • Experience with Windows operating systems (including legacy systems) • Familiarity with Linux environments • Ability to troubleshoot PCs and hardware components • Experience installing and replacing monitors of various sizes • Basic understanding of networked devices and peripherals • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills • Ability to document and report issues clearly • Ability to work independently Preferred Qualifications • CompTIA Network+ Certification • CompTIA A+ Certification • Google IT Support Professional Certification or similar •Microsoft 365 Fundamentals •Linux Essentials (optional) Additional requirements • Capable of working effectively in field support environments, including construction sites and other loud or dusty areas • Strong attention to detail and reliability • Willingness to learn new systems and technologies • Ability to perform hands-on installation and maintenance tasks
