What You'll Do: Gain hands-on experience with: - Configuring and supporting various operating systems, including Windows, Mac OS, Android, and iOS. - TCP/IP networking, DNS, DHCP, Cisco Meraki management - Setting up and troubleshooting Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace. - Mobile device and email configuration for both iOS and Android platforms. - Project work including network and audio/visual builds, platform migrations, and client onboarding - Delivering outstanding customer service to our diverse client base.
