The Geospial Analyst Solutions Directore, part of the Nional Solutions Business Area, is currently seeking a highly motived Senior Test Engineer for the Maru program, a critical initiive focused on modernizing geospial processing and exploition mission software. We are seeking a detail-oriented Manual Tester to support quality assurance efforts across web applicions, APIs, and microservices within an agile development environment. This role focuses on executing manual test cases, identifying defects, validing system functionality, and ensuring software meets functional and performance requirements prior to release.  The ideal candide has strong experience in manual software testing, requirements analysis, and defect tracking. This individual will work closely with developers, DevSecOps engineers, product owners, and other stakeholders to ensure high-quality, reliable software delivery.  Clearance Level Required: TS/SCI with the ability to obtain a Polygraph Primary Responsibilities: Test Planning & Execution: Develop, document, and execute manual test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on system requirements and user stories.  Functional Testing: Perform functional, regression, integrion, and smoke testing.  API Validion: Valide RESTful APIs using the available tools.  Defect Management: Identify, document, track, and verify defects.  Requirements Analysis: Analyze system requirements and user stories to ensure complete test coverage and identify edge cases.  Test Documention: Maintain traceability mrices, test artifacts, and supporting documention in accordance with program standards.  Collaborion: Work closely with developers and cross-functional teams to clarify requirements, reproduce issues, and valide fixes.  Basic Qualificions: US citizenship is required per contract. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or reled field with 8-12 years of relevant experience; or Master’s degree with 6-10 years of relevant experience.  4+ years of experience in software quality assurance and manual testing.  Strong experience developing and executing manual test cases.  Experience testing web-based applicions and RESTful APIs.  Familiarity with defect tracking tools and test management systems.  Working knowledge of RESTful services, HTTP, JSON, and web applicion workflows.  Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and documention skills.  Excellent written and verbal communicion skills.  Preferred Qualificions: Exposure to automed testing frameworks (e.g., Playwright, Cypress, Selenium).  Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and release processes.  Familiarity with security or compliance-focused testing practices.  #MARU If you're looking for comfort, keep scrolling.
