Senior IT Support A growing professional services organization is seeking an experienced Senior IT Support to join our team. We are looking for a hands-on IT professional who is comfortable providing end-user support while also managing and maintaining our server and network infrastructure. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys solving problems, taking ownership of IT operations, and helping modernize an organization's technology. Responsibilities: • Create, modify, and remove user accounts. • Manage Active Directory and Group Policies. • Administer Windows Server environments. • Manage SAN (Storage Area Network) systems. • Configure and maintain Remote Desktop Services. • Troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and other peripherals. • Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software. • Manage Microsoft 365 / Office 365 users, licensing, Exchange, Teams, and SharePoint. • Assist with cloud migration projects and ongoing cloud administration. • Perform server maintenance, updates, backups, and system monitoring. • Troubleshoot network connectivity and infrastructure issues. • Work with vendors when necessary to resolve technical issues. • Maintain IT documentation and follow best practices for security and system administration. • Support end users in a fast-paced office environment. Preferred Qualifications: • 3+ years of IT support and systems administration experience. • Strong experience with: o Active Directory o Windows Server o Microsoft 365 / Office 365 o Remote Desktop Services o SAN Storage o User account administration o Network troubleshooting • Experience with cloud migrations is highly preferred. • Experience with RingCentral or other VoIP/telephony platforms is a strong plus. • Experience with virtualization (Hyper-V or VMware) is a plus. • Strong communication and troubleshooting skills. • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work independently.
