Responsibilities: Responsible for developing, optimizing, and maintaining data-driven tools and analytical innovation for business operations in large-scale, tech-enabled ecosystems. Duties include: applying rigorous data modeling and statistical techniques to deliver scalable solutions for revenue forecasting and operational efficiency across advertising and sales to achieve business objectives; transforming large datasets from external sources to align with internal structures and implementing standardized inputs and outputs, naming conventions, and other data methodologies to ensure seamless reconciliation; analyzing sales pipelines, business metrics, and key indicators to identify areas for improvement and strategic growth opportunities; developing analytical tools and systems to drive operational execution and revenue performance across sales, marketing, product, and finance, including dashboards, reports, and cross-functional platforms to monitor KPIs and track progress against business goals; designing and measuring sales programs and related processes to support business metrics for sales teams; maintaining process workflows and delivering valuable and timely reporting to all levels of sales leadership; and other duties as assigned. Employee may be stationed anywhere in the continental U.S., but will report to headquarters in San Francisco, CA. Education: Master’s degree in Business Analytics, Statistics, or related analytical field (or foreign equivalent). Requirements: 3 years of experience in the job offered or related. Other special requirements include: 3 years of experience developing and identifying KPIs for stakeholders and leadership reporting; 3 years of experience developing complex dashboards and reports as well as custom datasets and pipelines; 3 years of experience working with SQL, Python, R, and similar data analytics tools; 3 years of experience working with Tableau, Quicksight, and similar reporting tools; and 3 years of experience working with cross-functional teams to leverage data for business impact.
