This role will support and optimize POS platforms, online ordering, delivery integrations, payment systems, network infrastructure, and end-user support across multiple locations. IT Manager Salary & Benefits Competitive salary ($110K-$120K, depending on expereince) Annual bonus potential Comprehensive health benefits Paid time off 401(K) with match Collaborative, team-oriented culture IT Manager Key Responsibilities: Manage and support restaurant technology platforms, including POS, online ordering, delivery, and payment systems Ensure reliable network connectivity, system performance, and technology uptime Lead technology setup and support for new restaurant openings Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and operational technology issues Manage relationships with technology vendors and service providers Support cybersecurity initiatives, PCI compliance, and data security best practices Partner with Operations, Finance, Marketing, and HR to improve systems and reporting IT Manager Qualifications & Requirements 5+ years of IT experience, preferably within restaurant, retail, or hospitality environments Strong knowledge of POS systems, digital ordering platforms, payment processing, and network infrastructure Experience supporting multi-unit operations and managing IT associates Excellent troubleshooting, project management, and communication skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment Availability to support occasional evenings, weekends, and urgent operational needs Apply Now
