We are looking for someone who is organized, professional, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Xactimate experience is strongly preferred, especially experience with insurance restoration estimates. Position Details: * Full-time position * Monday–Friday * 8:00 AM–4:30 PM * $85,000 annual salary * Strong potential for growth within the company Benefits: * Healthcare coverage – company pays up to 50% of the employee’s premium after 90 days * SIMPLE IRA retirement plan with company match up to 3% after 90 days * 1 week paid vacation after 6 months of employment * 2 weeks paid vacation after 1 year of employment Preferred Qualifications: * Estimating experience in construction, restoration, or insurance-related repairs * Xactimate knowledge strongly preferred * Ability to read scopes, estimates, and construction documents * Strong computer and communication skills * Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple projects * Professional communication with homeowners, insurance adjusters, contractors, and project managers * Reliable, organized, and able to work independently This is a great opportunity for an experienced estimator looking for a long-term position with a growing company and room for advancement.
