This is a senior-level position requiring a reliable professional who can work efficiently, maintain a clean workspace, and deliver top-tier results on complex layouts. Key Responsibilities: Expert Surface Prep: Perform extensive preparation work including power washing, scraping, sanding, caulking, drywall patching, taping, and masking to ensure flawless finishes. Precision Application: Apply primers, paints, stains, and specialty finishes to interior and exterior surfaces (walls, ceilings, trim, cabinetry, decks, and siding). Material Knowledge: Demonstrate expert knowledge of various paint types, oil/water-based stains, sealants, and their proper application methods. Equipment Mastery: Proficiently operate and maintain standard painting equipment, including airless sprayers, rollers, brushes, scaffolding, and ladders. Property Respect & Safety: Maintain a highly organized, clean, and safe job site. Protect furniture, floors, and landscaping diligently. Qualifications & Requirements: Experience: Minimum 5+ years of professional painting experience (senior/lead level preferred). Skill Set: Exceptional brush and roll technique, flawless spray finish capabilities, and sharp attention to detail (no sloppy edges or drips). Versatility: Comfortable working on diverse properties ranging from large family homes to multi-purpose residential spaces with varying architectural styles. Tools & Transport: Must have a reliable vehicle, a valid driver’s license, and your own standard hand tools/brushes.
