We are currently seeking a Desktop Support Technician to join our team in Sulligent, Alabama (US-AL), United Stes (US). Position Overview: • Individuals here have a well-rounded knowledge of the policies and procedures for their work area. • Their work may require discretion and independent judgment for non-routine mters. However, the primary focus of work activity is predominely routine. • They may make policy recommendions to their managers and be an escalion point for less experienced team members. • Performs troubleshooting, parts replacement, systems upgrades, deployment and repair on desktops / notebooks. printers. • May respond to calls after normal business hours per leader instructions. • Identifies potential issues th could adversely impact end user experience and takes corrective action. • Upde and resolve tickets in a timely manner to achieve Service Levels.   Basic Qualificions: • 3+ years of desktop Support experience - including hardware support as well as Windows opering system • High School Diploma or equivalent.   Preferred Skills:   • Solid client service skills. • A+ desktop and various hardware plforms certificions are preferred • Ability to physically perform general office requirements. • Must be able to perform essential responsibilities with or without reasonable accommodion.     #INDICS About NTT DATA NTT DATA is a $30 billion business and technology services leader, serving 75% of the Fortune Global 100.
