Join our team working on one of our most prestigious programs delivering Cloud modernizion and operions to the Department of the Air Force on the Cloud One Architecture and Common Shared Services (ACSS) contract. Leidos was awarded the U.S. Air Force Cloud One Architecture and Common Shared Services contract and currently has an opening for a Da Transport Infrastructure DevOps Engineer. This position will be hybrid remote, candides will be required to work onsite as needed. Preferred candides will be loced near Hanscom AFB (Boston, MA) or work in Huntsville, AL. Primary Responsibilities: Supports systems requirements analysis, functional analysis, and requirements allocion for complex cloud and hybrid environments. Supports security best practices, including identity and access management, logging, monitoring, vulnerability management, and compliance controls. Support system integrion, verificion, validion, testing, and quality assurance activities across multiple technical domains. Troubleshoot complex system issues, perform root cause analysis, and drive resolution across teams and provide written reports as requested by the government customer. Develop and maintain technical documention, architecture artifacts, and operional procedures, e.g. develop and SOP. Collabore with internal engineering teams, program leadership, customers, and external partners or vendors to deliver integred solutions. Supports Da Transport On-Call and Maintenance schedule as directed by program management. Provide technical leadership, coaching, and design review support to junior and mid-level engineers. Minimum Qualificions: Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of relevant experience, or Master’s degree less than 2 years of relevant experience, additional years of experience will be accepted in lieu of a degree. Must have 1 year of prior experience supporting development of the Da Transport IL4/5/6 environments. Interim Secret clearance required to start; ability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance. U.S. citizenship required. CompTIA Security+ or equivalent certificion (IAT Level II). Expert-level experience supporting cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP, or OCI). Strong experience with Infrastructure as Code, automion, and DevOps/DevSecOps practices. Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and cloud-nive applicion architectures. Advanced knowledge of Linux/Unix systems, networking, and cloud security concepts. Proficiency in one or more scripting or programming languages (e.g., Apache NiFi). Excellent written and verbal communicion skills. Preferred Qualificions: Experience supporting DoD or USAF cloud environments (e.g., Cloud One, Plform One). Experience designing and implementing Zero Trust cloud architectures. Experience with monitoring and logging plforms such as Elastic, Splunk, Prometheus, or Grafana. Strong understanding of identity and access management solutions (Active Directory, Azure AD, IAM). Experience with container orchestrion plforms such as Kubernetes and OpenShift. Cloud certificions in AWS, Azure, Google, or Oracle. Experience collaboring with vendors and external partners on cloud solutions. C1NACSS If you're looking for comfort, keep scrolling.
