We are seeking a Senior Da Analyst with strong SQL expertise to join our team. In this role, you will focus on providing analytical support, developing and maintaining marketing, mid funnel, and key financial dashboards while leveraging opportunities to autome reporting in our BI environment. Role Summary As a Senior Da Analyst, your initial focus will be on reporting to build a strong understanding of the business. As you progress in the role, you will shift to spending 75% of your time using SQL and Power BI to autome reports, build dashboards and lead other key analytic projects. Key Responsibilities Marketing and Mid-Funnel Reporting: Assess, analyze, develop and maintain reporting and dashboards for marketing and mid funnel da to measure and optimize business operions. Financial & Operional Reporting: Develop, maintain, and enhance marketing, mid funnel and financial dashboards, KPIs, and ad-hoc reports to support decision-making across InterDent. Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to autome reporting, streamline da processes, and enhance accuracy. Da Analysis & Insights: Analyze lead generion, revenue, expenses, pient volume, and operional efficiency to identify trends, cost-saving opportunities, and revenue optimizion stregies. Business Intelligence Tools: Utilize BI tools (Power BI strongly preferred, Looker, or similar) to visualize financial and operional da, ensuring accuracy and clarity for stakeholders. Da Integrity & Governance: Ensure the accuracy and reliability of marketing da, conversion, pient engagement, financial and operional da by maintaining robust da validion processes and documention to ensure operional continuity. Collaborion with Key Business Partners : Work closely with key business partners to develop actionable insights th improve profitability and efficiency. Predictive Analytics & Forecasting: Develop predictive models to support marketing spend, conversion, budgeting, financial forecasting, and business growth stregies. Ad-hoc Analysis & Special Projects: Support executive leadership with da-driven recommendions on stregic initiives and business expansion opportunities. Qualificions & Experience Educion: Bachelor’s degree in Da Science, Business Analytics, Finance, or a reled field. Experience: 5+ years of experience in business intelligence, financial analysis, or da analytics, preferably in healthcare, dental, or multi-site organizions. Technical Skills: Advanced SQL skills for querying and analyzing large dasets. Proficiency in BI tools , with a strong preference toward Power BI or similar. Advanced proficiency in Excel (Power Query, Macros, VBA a plus). Familiarity with marketing tribution, mid funnel metrics, financial modeling, forecasting, and scenario analysis. Familiarity with building AI agents using AI tools (such as Claude or ChGPT) to assist with writing queries and code. Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to transle complex da into clear insights and actionable recommendions. Business Analysis: Required business analysis skillset to QA and valide dasets and insights to build sustainable and replicable analysis. Vendor Management: Have experience working or directing third party vendors to drive development or analysis. Business Acumen: Strong understanding of healthcare to include marketing, conversion, finance and establishing KPIs. Communicion & Presention: Ability to convey da-driven insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and commitment to da integrity.
