Requirements: (Seeking All Levels) • Be able to follow directions and mandates in a Construction Environment. • Must have own transportation and a valid State ID. • Clean criminal background. • Have or be able to obtain their own personal hand tools needed for work. • Be able to work well with others as well as with the public. • Extremely good communication skills. • The ability and willingness to learn. • The ability and willingness to travel. Skills: • Knowledge of basic construction skills and use of basic tools, such as hammers, drills, saws…etc. a must • Knowledge of pulling, handling, and terminating cables such as fiber optics and category cable is a plus. • Understand blueprints and design drawings a plus • Understand and abilities to operate heavy machinery a plus • Understanding of EIA/TIA, BISCI codes and standards a plus • Able to maintain crews and projects a plus. • Certifications, Time in the industry, DCJS, DOD Clearance a plus.
