Focus on building innovative AI compliance assessment and regulatory tools We are a Responsible AI focused consultancy at the intersection of artificial intelligence, governance, and regulatory compliance. We are building tools, assessments, and automated workflows that help enterprises navigate the rapidly evolving AI regulatory landscape — and we need a Senior Python Developer who wants equity, ownership, and a seat at the table. What We're Building AI compliance assessment tools, automated regulatory gap analysis engines, reporting dashboards, and API integrations that power our advisory and training services. What You'll Do • Design and develop Python-based applications, APIs, and automation tools supporting our compliance assessment services • Build data pipelines and reporting frameworks for AI risk and governance assessments • Integrate AI/ML tools, LLM APIs, and third-party platforms into our service delivery infrastructure • Collaborate with founders and the LMS Architect to align technical architecture across the platform • Contribute to product roadmap and technical strategy as a founding team member What You Bring • 5+ years of Python development experience • Experience with REST APIs, data pipelines, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) • Familiarity with AI/ML frameworks and LLM integrations (OpenAI, Anthropic, or equivalent) • Understanding of data privacy, security, and compliance principles a strong plus • Entrepreneurial mindset and comfort operating in an early-stage environment What We Offer This is an equity-based engagement. You will receive a meaningful ownership stake in Responsible AI Consultancy, structured with a 12-month cliff and full vesting over 3 years.
