Construction and electrical knowledge for pricing change orders Electrical Contractor in Phoenix area, that specializes in electrical systems for large custom residential homes and some commercial and industrial work as well is seeking an energetic, highly detailed and technical candidate. Applicant must be proficient in Microsoft Office, including setting formulas for extensive calculations, able to use our database for entry and analysis, and must have experience in reading blueprints, plan specifications, specification sheets and elevations. Applicant must have construction knowledge and electrical knowledge, as job duties include pricing change orders. Candidate must have experience in the construction industry. Duties include but are not limited to: -Tracking and organizing communications that affect pricing, including plans, specification sheets, elevations and SK's. -Updating internal plans for electrical installations in order to price additional work, keeping an updated schedule of value for contract billings, marking plans to reflect changes, and other miscellaneous duties. -Pricing small jobs and change orders. Must be able to compose written description for scope of work priced. -Performing daily check of field records to track change order work. -Collaborate with field employees, CAD operator and purchasing agent -Keeping and Updating a schedule of values on jobs per billing percentages. -Duties may include site visits to review work needed or in-progress
