Grace Network Inc. is looking for a motivated person to monitor, manage, and provide excelent customer service for end users. In this role, you will be required to diagnose and address issues, install software updates and upgrades, monitor networks and systems, manage data security, and ensure that our computer systems are optimized and run efficiently. Duties and Responsibilities: - Provide excelent customer service for end users. - Responsible to Assemble, install, and repair desktops, laptops, servers, and peripheral devices like printers and routers. Diagnose hardware faults and replace defective components. - Responsible for the field onsite build, implementation, and maintenance of network hardware and software. Researches, analyzes, and implements software updates or hardware changes to fix any network deficiencies. - Maintenance of current network device configurations - Provides immediate response and/or investigation of system alerts in a complex network environment. Able to direct and train end-users in responding to system alerts. Ability to: - Express technical information in a clear and simple way. - Work as a team member in a technical project environment. - Must be self-motivated and able to think 'outside the box.' Required: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. - Knowledge and experience with Microsoft Windows, SharePoint, Office365, Mac, UniFi, Switch Vlans and WiFi.
