Join a growing Managed Service Provider (MSP) We're a growing Managed Service Provider (MSP) looking for a competent, experienced IT technician to join our team part-time. This is a hands-on role supporting a mix of Mac and Windows environments across our client base, so you need to be genuinely comfortable in both ecosystems — not just one. You must have real, hands-on experience with our stack: Networking — Ubiquiti / UniFi (setup, configuration, troubleshooting) Microsoft Admin — Microsoft 365 / Entra administration / Microsoft Defender for Office 365 Google Workspace Admin - GAM Addigy (Apple/Mac device management) Datto RMM Huntress EDR SentinelOne PowerShell scripting Z Shell and AppleScript What we're looking for: Proven experience in an MSP or multi-client IT support environment Strong troubleshooting skills across both macOS and Windows Someone reliable, professional, and able to work independently Must currently live in NYC and be able to work on-site as needed This is not an entry-level position — we need someone who already knows these tools and can hit the ground running.
