Work independently on residential and light commercial projects Pay: $25–$35 per hour, depending on experience Company Trucks provided if needed Additional Compensation: Performance bonuses and 5% commission on approved service-call upsells Employment Type: Full-time, part-time, or contract opportunities available Experience Level: Experienced Job Title: Security Camera and Low Voltage wiring and Installer / Service Technician We are looking for an experienced Surveillance Systems installer who can handle Camera Installations, equipment replacements, CAT6 Wiring, and service-related work with minimal supervision. This is not an entry-level position. We need someone who understands how Surveillance systems are installed and can work through a project without needing to be trained on every step. The right person should be able to review the job, determine what materials and steps are required, communicate any issues, and complete clean, professional work. There is consistent work available and strong earning potential for someone who is dependable, efficient, and takes ownership of their projects. Main Responsibilities Install Security systems from start to finish Low Voltage Wiring and some Basic Conduit work Complete equipment replacements and new system installations Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites Communicate professionally with customers Qualifications Minimum 3 years of hands-on Low Voltage and/or installation experience Must be able to complete installations with minimal supervision Must understand the full installation process from equipment removal through final start-up Experience troubleshooting Surveillance systems is strongly preferred Valid driver’s license Must have standard hand tools Must be dependable, professional, organized, and detail-oriented Compensation and Growth Opportunities $25–$35 per hour based on experience and ability Performance-based bonuses for completing quality installations efficiently 5% commission on approved upsells generated through service calls Opportunities to earn additional compensation through system replacements, upgrades, accessories, and additional approved work Consistent residential and light commercial projects Fast and reliable payment We reward employees and contractors who help the company grow.
