Position Overview DevNW is seeking an experienced Estimator & Property Maintenance Supervisor to support the full lifecycle of residential construction and property maintenance for NBC. The Estimator develops early and final project budgets, prepares bid packages, evaluates subcontractor pricing, and ensures estimates are accurate and aligned with project requirements. Working closely with the Director of Construction, this role refines budgets as designs evolve and prepares final cost representations for Construction Contracts. Once construction begins, the Estimator partners with administrative staff to issue Work Orders and Purchase Orders and collaborates with Construction Superintendents to prepare and process Change Orders. In addition, this role oversees NBC’s Property Maintenance Division, receiving and prioritizing work requests, scheduling Maintenance Technicians, coordinating external trades, and ensuring clear documentation from request through completion.
