FIRE PROTECTION and USACE QCS/RMS experience is Bonus. Sample TRADES experience needed: HVAC, CHILLER, BOILER, GENERATOR, ROLL UP DOORS, SIGNAL LIGHTS, ELECTRICAL, FIRE PROTECTION, ATFP, Wash Racks, NOT NEEDED: residential specialties- carpentry, drywall, home electrical,roofing etc. If you do not have trade skills/knowledge QC understanding applicable to industrial/commercial trades, please do not apply.... You Will Not be dealing with machine parts or other manufacturing items. QC Certification and Safety Certification a bonus but not required Knowledge, Skill, and Abilities: • 20 Trades • Enforce all regulatory, base and company specific safety rules. • Demonstrated ability to work accurately, follow procedures and schedules, and prioritize multiple tasks. • Proficiency with all MS Office products (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint). • Ability to work in a team environment and fit in with company culture and processes. • Effective professional oral and written communication skills and ability to interface effectively with all levels of management. • Must possess a strong work ethic and values that are above-reproach. • Strong organizational, interpersonal skills.
