RESPONSIBILITIES • Work as a member of the research team focused on conducting research in support of SB 910 and adjoining projects, accept guidance from senior team members and assist junior team members with R coding. Work individually and as a team on analyses needed for legislative reports. Serve as author or co-author and reviewer on other products and reports produced by the team, including write ups of validation studies and technical reports. • Ensure that technical reports with statistical terminology are translated into reports appropriate to the legislature and a lay audience. • Participate in site visits and other outreach activities (virtually and in-person when safe) with participating counties as needed • Conduct background research, literature reviews, and summaries of promising practices.
