This role ensures compliance with employment laws, supports employee relions, and oversees day to day HR operions. The ideal candide is a knowledgeable, approachable leader with strong communicion skills and excellent decision-making abilities. Locion: Westborough, MA w/ ability to travel to Wilmington, MA weekly Shift: Monday-Friday 9am-5pm w/ some flexibility Salary: $85,000-90,000/year with an additional $500 motor vehicle allowance Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily HR operions, including employee relions, performance management, and policy administrion Ensure compliance with all applicable federal and Massachusetts employment laws and regulions Manage leave programs, including FMLA, PFMLA, ADA accommodions, and unemployment mters Serve as a resource for all employees Partner with leadership on workforce planning, employee engagement, and organizional development Handle sensitive mters with professionalism, confidentiality, and sound judgment Develop and maintain HR policies, procedures, and records Qualificions: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administrion, or reled field required; Master’s preferred 5+ years of progressive HR experience, including management-level responsibilities Strong knowledge of Massachusetts employment laws and regulions Experience with FMLA, PFMLA, ADA, unemployment claims, and benefits administrion Clear and professional communicion skills, both verbal and written Strong organizional skills, tention to detail, and ability to manage confidential informion Self-starter with the ability to work independently, take initiive, and follow through Professional, service-oriented approach when supporting field and office staff Comfortable working with HR and scheduling systems (training provided) HR certificion preferred (SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR) Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, AD&D, & Disability Insurance, Plus 401K Options. 10 Vacion Days 6 Sick Days. 7 Paid Holidays Floing Holidays – 4 floing holiday (Per calendar year).
