In this role, you’ll play a key part in shaping a culture of excellence, compliance, and continuous improvement, ensuring our teams are confident, capable, and prepared.   If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, love collaboring across departments, and are committed to professional integrity, we’d love to meet you.    Wh’s in it for You  Competitive Salary: $61,464.00 / year   Work Site Locion: Cedar Rapids, IA  Comprehensive Benefits: Medical, dental, and vision insurance plans, 401(k) with employer mching contributions, paid time off (PTO) policy, paid holidays, disability coverage, and life insurance options.  Career Growth: Career growth opportunities GardaWorld  Travel: Travel may be required on an as-needed basis to sites within the market.    Your Responsibilities as Training Manager  Deliver training programs (classroom, online, self-study) for security and non-security staff.   Cree and manage monthly/quarterly training calendars in coordinion with leadership.   Conduct initial, refresher, and specialized training to meet licensing and contract requirements.   Monitor training effectiveness and staff performance; adjust programs as needed.   Maintain accure training records, tendance, and performance da.   Coach and evalue field training officers and support their development.   Provide security awareness training during onboarding and ongoing sessions.   Act as a resource for staff on training and security-reled questions.   Collabore with HR, Compliance, and department leaders to align training with organizional goals.   Recommend improvements to training delivery and security service effectiveness.   Support recruiting and hiring processes when needed.   Maintain certificions (e.g., CPR, First Aid, AED) and stay current on policies and procedures.   Communice clearly and professionally; maintain confidentiality all times.   Promote a culture of safety, integrity, and continuous improvement.   Evalue staff performance in real-world scenarios to ensure training compliance.   Perform other duties as assigned.     Your Qualificions:  Authorized to work in the United Stes   Able to pass an extensive screening process   A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in a teaching/instructing environment with a combined concentrion of quality assurance, quality control, open-plform training, licensing and credentials, and contract compliance/investigions is preferred.
