We are seeking a Stregy Manager to support the Director of Stregy & Business Development in the development and execution of stregic initiives in the beverage industry. This role contributes to enterprise-wide stregic planning and decision-making through da analysis and partners with cross-functional leaders to assess business performance and evalue growth opportunities. The position is responsible for developing analyses, business cases, and recommendions to support leadership decision-making and long-term planning. This is a corpore stregy role focused on overall business performance and growth   Reporting Locion: Stamford, CT or Tampa, FL Salary Range: $102,177 – $146,400 / annually, this role is eligible for an annual bonus Actual compension will be determined based on qualificions, experience, and geographic locion. Responsibilities: Key Responsibilities Partner with senior leadership to support stregic priorities, identify business opportunities, and contribute to long-term planning Provide analysis and recommendions to leaders across Marketing, Sales, Commercial Finance, R&D, and Operions Conduct market, consumer, and competitive analyses using syndiced da, consumer research, and macroeconomic trends Develop analyses reled to cegory trends, innovion, channel shifts, and portfolio stregy Support cross-functional execution of stregic initiives, including cegory expansion, pricing, supply chain, and market entry efforts Develop workplans, track milestones, and support coordinion across project teams Build business cases, financial models, scenario analyses, and ROI frameworks to support investment and portfolio decisions Prepare clear summaries, recommendions, and presentions for leadership review Support stregic diligence for mergers and acquisitions, licensing, and partnership opportunities, including market sizing, synergy analysis, and integrion planning Develop KPIs, dashboards, and tracking tools to measure the performance of stregic initiives and commercial programs Monitor regulory developments, emerging technologies, sustainability requirements, and industry trends to identify potential risks and opportunities Qualificions: Qualificions Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, marketing, or a reled field required Advanced degree, such as an MBA, preferred 5 - 8 years of experience in management consulting, stregic planning, corpore stregy, or corpore development required; experience in beverage, food, or consumer packaged goods (CPG) preferred. Experience leading project teams required Strong analytical skills and experience working with large dasets and financial models Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, including development of polished, da-driven presentions for executive audiences Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling required; experience with SQL or BI tools, including Power BI or Tableau, preferred Knowledge of financial modeling, business valuion, and syndiced da tools required Strong communicion and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders across levels Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Strong problem-solving skills and tention to detail Knowledge of beverage market dynamics, including consumer trends, distribution channels, supply chain operions, and regulory requirements If you're ready to embark on an exciting journey with Primo Brands, apply now!
