Oversees procurement of merials, permits, supplies.  Orchestres schedule.  Maintains communicion with all stakeholders.  Can read blueprints Forecasts manpower requirements.  Reports on job stus and job performance.  Ensures costs are accurely forecasted.    Oversees Change Orders.  Ensures documention is complete.  Develops and maintains productive relionships with customers, GCs and subcontractor.  Troubleshoots and resolves any issues in a timely fashion.  Ensures use of PPE and the applicion of safe behaviors, including driving.  Qualificions: High school diploma, GED, or completion of trade program or technical school. College degree is a plus.  Construction Project Management Experience (some field knowledge)  5+ years formal project management experience in commercial building construction, refrigerion, HVAC or a reled industry/trade. PMP preferred.  Strong business acumen and project management skills, including knowledge of automed project management tools, financial reports and general knowledge of accounting principles.   Ability to manage multiple projects, set and balance competing priorities with strong organizional skills and ability to multi-task.  Strong analytical capability and the ability to solve complex business problems.  Excellent verbal/nonverbal, written, and presention skills, including the ability to communice timely, clearly, and concisely.  Outstanding relionship building skills, including the ability to proactively address customer issues and concerns, and forge strong working relionships with senior level customer representives and General Contractors.  Join Us: Today, there are 27 different companies th make up the CoolSys family of brands. Our valued employees are the heart of our continued growth and success.
