I am looking for a reliable Construction Manager / Project Coordinator to oversee a nail salon “tenant improvement” build-out in Plaistow, NH. This is not a request for a full General Contractor. I already have the trades — framer, plumber, electrician, and HVAC technician — and need someone to manage coordination, scheduling, problem-solving, and communication. The ideal candidate has experience with small commercial projects such as salons, barbershops, restaurants, or retail spaces.
