Utilize various project management and collaboration tools NORTHEAST UNION GROUP INC. is looking for a permanent full-time PROJECT MANAGER. Job duties: • Lead cell tower construction projects, including site preparation, installation, upgrades, and closeout, ensuring timely and budget-compliant delivery. • Responsible for tracking and managing company and project budgets, preparing financial reports, and overseeing permitting processes in compliance with local regulations. • Serve as the primary client contact, conducting regular calls, meetings, and progress updates to maintain strong client relationships. • Plan, schedule, and coordinate work of subcontractors, vendors and our team to ensure efficient project execution and adherence to timelines. • Review and approve purchase orders, change orders, and invoices, ensuring financial accuracy and compliance with contractual agreements. • Conduct site inspections and oversee quality control processes to ensure compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and regulatory requirements. • Proactively identify and resolve project issues, maintaining clear communication between clients, field teams, and management. • Utilize project management and collaboration tools, including Avetta, Trello, Pathwave, Unify, Microsoft Teams, Google Sheets and Vendor Portals to optimize workflows and documentation Minimum Job Requirements: BACHELOR’S DEGREE IN PROJECT MANAGEMENT/INSTRUCTIONS/EDUCATION 24 MONTHS OF PRIOR EXPERIENCE IN THE POSITION OFFERED OR PROJECT MANAGEMENT
