World Advancement of Technology for EMS and Rescue, Inc. (WaterOnScene) is looking for a proactive, detail-driven professional to help lead software development and deployment initiatives. This role offers a clear path to grow into a Project Manager position. What You’ll Be Doing: - Coordinate complex software development and deployment projects across cross-functional teams. - Manage timelines, deliverables, and dependencies to ensure successful execution. - Facilitate Agile ceremonies and support sprint planning, retrospectives, and stand-ups. - Collaborate with developers, QA, product managers, clients, and other stakeholders to keep projects aligned. - Proactivity identify risks and escalate issues to ensure timely resolution. - Maintain clear and organized project documentation and reporting. Requirements: - 3+ years of experience in software project coordination (not entry-level). - Strong understanding of SDLC, deployment workflows, and Agile methodologies. - Proficiency in tools like MS Project, Word and Excel. - Exceptional communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. - PMP, CAPM, or Agile certification is a plus.
