Key responsibilities Coordinates activities and daily operations of a program. May prepare or assist in preparation of proposal for funding and/or funding continuation from outside sponsors. Confers with staff and others to provide technical advice, provide problem solving assistance and answer questions about the program and its goals. Refers inquiries to others as needed. May prepare or assists in the preparation of periodic reports and records on program activities, progress, status or other special reports for management or outside agencies. May review applications or other program documents in conjunction with supervisor to determine acceptance or make decisions pertaining to program. May assist in the coordination of recruitment efforts. Drafts written communication and promotional literature. May assist in planning workshops, meetings or conferences; coordinates logistics, scheduling and participant communications. Interacts and maintains liaison with staff, faculty and outside/community agencies in facilitating program objectives. Minimum qualifications Education: Associate's or equivalent experience Experience: 1 year of relevant experience The ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing and provide empathy in difficult interpersonal situations. The ability to work with diverse internal and external constituencies. The posted pay range is Boston Children’s reasonable and good-faith expectation for this pay at the time of posting. Any base pay offer provided depends on skills, experience, education, certifications, and a variety of other job-related factors.
