If you’re a permanent Maui resident, loyal, strong salesperson first, an operator second, and think like an owner, we’d like to talk. Your mission is simple: Sell more room nights. New Owner Contracts. Increase occupancy. Grow revenue. Everything we do supports that mission—marketing, reservations, owner relations, guest experience, maintenance, housekeeping, and daily operations. You’ll work alongside an experienced General Manager who handles administration, accounting, compliance, contracts, taxes, and office management, allowing you to focus on growth, sales, leadership, and execution.
