Summary: Seeking a working supervisor to lead a landscape maintenance and installation crew, focusing on efficiency, safety, and customer interaction. Highlights: 1. Supervise and work alongside a crew of 3-6 employees 2. Lead commercial landscape maintenance and installation projects 3. Operate heavy equipment and manage daily operations Work and supervise crew of 3-6 employees This is a working Supervisor position, work, supervise, ability to keep everyone working efficiently and safely. We do commercial maintenance and installations. Preferable to have 3-4 years of supervisory or being a lead, capable of doing daily paperwork, organizing crew, keeping track of tools, talking with customers if needed. Need a hardworking individual, who is capable of seeing the big daily picture, organizing the crew and working alongside them. Experience in all areas of landscape maintenance and basic installation, tree, plant, sod installation. Mulch, Rock installation. Basic retaining walls etc. Ability to efficiently operate a skid steer, mini ex and other small equipment, snow removal in winter. Looking for someone who can work hard, stay cool under pressure, and utilize and make use of your employee's talents and abilities. Work 4 days a week, although some overtime available on Fridays as well, no weekends except for when we do snow removal Please respond with previous work history.
