We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Engineer to support our construction team in delivering complex commercial pool projects throughout Northern California. ________________________________________ Position Overview: The Project Engineer will assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of commercial aquatic construction projects. This role works closely with Project Managers and Superintendents to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. ________________________________________ Responsibilities: • Assist in managing project documentation, including RFIs, submittals, and change orders • Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams • Review plans, specifications, and contract documents • Support project scheduling, tracking, and reporting • Perform quantity takeoffs and assist with cost tracking • Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies • Conduct site visits to monitor progress and document project status • Assist in project closeout documentation ________________________________________ Required Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Civil Engineering, or related field equivalent experience. • 1–3 years of experience in construction or project engineering preferred • Strong understanding of construction documents and processes • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) • Experience with Bluebeam, Procore, or similar software is a plus • Excellent organizational and communication skills • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment • Professional demeanor and strong attention to detail ________________________________________ Requirements: • Valid California driver’s license with a clean driving record • Ability to travel to job sites throughout Northern California • Ability to work both in an office and field environment • Must be dependable, self-motivated, and team-oriented • Must pass a background check and drug screening ________________________________________ Preferred Experience (Not Required): • Experience in commercial construction or aquatic facilities • Knowledge of survey, earthwork, concrete, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems • OSHA 10 certification ________________________________________ What We Offer: • Competitive salary (DOE) • Paid vacation, sick days, and holidays • 401(k) with up to 4% company match • Medical, dental, and vision insurance • Opportunities for growth and advancement ________________________________________ To Apply: Please submit your resume for a confidential review.
