Keep projects organized, on schedule, and on budget https://www.posthastehandyman.com/ Field Project Manager(Delaware County, Chester County, & Montgomery County) Full Time OR Contracted- Needed for immediate hire 4-5 Day work week, half or full days Post Haste Handyman is seeking an experienced Field Project Manager to oversee residential and commercial repair, maintenance, and remodeling projects throughout the Main Line and surrounding areas. This role is ideal for someone who understands construction, communicates well with customers and craftsmen, and can keep projects organized, on schedule, and on budget. Key Responsibilities: Project Planning & Preparation -Review work orders before projects begin -Verify scope, budget, materials, and labor requirements -Coordinate material purchases and deliveries -Ensure all materials are onsite before work starts -Assist with estimating and project planning as needed Field Management -Visit job sites regularly to monitor progress -Provide direction and support to craftsmen -Solve field issues before they become delays -Ensure work is completed safely and to company standards -Track labor and material costs to maintain project budgets Customer Communication -Serve as the primary point of contact during projects -Communicate schedules, updates, and project changes -Address customer questions and concerns professionally -Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction Team Leadership -Train, mentor, and support craftsmen -Help improve field processes and efficiency -Assist with hiring and onboarding when needed -Promote professionalism, quality workmanship, and accountability Company Support -Assist with developing standard operating procedures -Coordinate with office staff on scheduling and project status -Maintain relationships with suppliers and subcontractors -Ensure company vehicles, materials, and resources are used efficiently Benefits • 401K with matching Work Remotely • No Job Type: Full-time Pay: $25-$40/hr Supplemental pay types: • Bonus pay License/Certification: • Driver's License (Required) • Auto insurance (Required) Work Location: Multiple Locations
