Professional and team-oriented work environment We are looking for an experienced and reliable Construction Project Manager to join our growing team. We specialize in drywall, taping, and painting and are looking for someone who can take ownership of projects from start to finish and keep jobs running smoothly. Responsibilities: - Manage construction projects from start to completion - Coordinate with general contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and crews - Review plans, drawings, specifications, and project requirements - Schedule and coordinate manpower and materials - Monitor project progress, deadlines, and budgets - Conduct jobsite visits and ensure work is progressing according to schedule - Communicate with clients, GCs, and field crews - Identify and resolve jobsite issues - Track change orders, RFIs, submittals, and project documentation - Review quantities, invoices, and payment applications - Ensure projects meet company quality standards - Maintain organized project records and documentation Qualifications: - Previous construction project management experience required - Experience with drywall, taping, and/or painting preferred - Strong knowledge of construction processes and scheduling - Ability to read and understand construction plans - Excellent communication and organizational skills - Strong attention to detail - Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines - Proficient with email, Microsoft Office, and construction management software - Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation - Must be dependable, professional, and able to work independently What We Offer: - Part-time position - Salary based on experience - Opportunity for growth within a growing construction company - Professional and team-oriented work environment Schedule: Monday–Friday, with occasional weekends as required by project needs Location: New York / New Jersey To Apply: Please reply to this posting with your resume, relevant construction/project management experience, and desired salary.
