We are looking for a highly organized, proactive professional with a minimum of 3 years of experience in the electrical construction industry or a closely related construction trade (solar, low voltage, general contracting, HVAC, plumbing, etc.). This is not an entry-level position. We need someone who can take ownership of projects, communicate effectively with General Contractors, and keep multiple jobs moving forward while solving problems before they become delays. Responsibilities Coordinate daily communication with General Contractors, clients, inspectors, utility companies, vendors, and internal personnel. Schedule projects, service calls, inspections, and field crews. Coordinate material orders, deliveries, and inventory. Track project progress and ensure deadlines are met. Prepare and process invoices, change orders, purchase orders, and project documentation. Assist with permit and inspection coordination. Manage project escalations and resolve issues quickly and professionally. Maintain accurate project records and provide production updates to management. Anticipate project issues and develop solutions before they impact production. Required Qualifications Minimum 3 years of experience in electrical construction or a related construction field. Experience working with electrical contractors, solar contractors, low-voltage contractors, or general contractors is highly preferred. Fluent in English (spoken and written) is required. Spanish and/or Hebrew is a plus. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Strong organizational and time management abilities. Exceptional problem-solving and critical-thinking skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word. Experience with construction management software is a plus.
