Summary: We are seeking a well-rounded Estimator to manage construction projects from start to finish, grow customer relationships, and create detailed estimates for multi-family apartment projects. Highlights: 1. Manage projects from initial customer walk to final job walk 2. Create detailed estimates including labor, materials, overhead, and profit 3. Develop and maintain strong client relationships We are looking for a well rounded Estimator who can join our team. We are a small to medium sized construction company working mainly with multi-family apartments all over the Bay Area. We want you to work with the customer base provided and grow it (i.e seek out new customers). Manage your jobs from start to finish. Job description/requirements: - Knowledge of general construction. - Be able to create your estimates including labor, materials, overhead and profit. - Manage your jobs from the initial walk with the customer to the final job walk - Be professional and create strong relationships with clients - Invoicing every completed job and following up with customers on payment - Capable of reading and interpreting engineering plans and drawings - Knowledgeable in Quickbooks preferred - In person position (not remote) Include your resume in the email. 2 open positions (Bay area and Modesto)
