POSITION SUMMARY: The Program Instructor will work with the Program Coordinor on the presention of the curriculum. This person works collaborively to teach lecture and lab content and to coordine clinical training and supervision of the course participants. This person will also be responsible to supervise the students on the units during their clinical experience. Candides must meet the following qualificions: Must be a Registered Nurse with least two (2) years of nursing experience, including a minimum of one (1) year in a long-term care setting Must have experience teaching adults, supervising nurse aides, or have completed a course in adult educion Strong communicion, leadership, and training skills preferred Ability to work collaborively in a clinical educion environment About us: Essex Center for Rehabilition and Healthcare is a 100-bed rehabilition and skilled nursing facility loced in Elizabethtown, New York.
