We're an independently owned restaurant with a close-knit team and a real commitment to hospitality. We're hiring a Server / Bartender to join us for evening service. About the role This is a cross-trained, all-hands position. You'll take care of guests in the dining room and behind the bar, and you'll also pitch in wherever the shift needs you — bussing, running food, hosting, prep, dish, and closing duties. We're a small team, so flexibility and a willingness to help outside your station is the single most important quality we're looking for. We share tips here. We work as a team and we get paid as a team. Helping the person next to you isn't a favor — it's how everyone earns. Responsibilities Greet, serve, and care for guests in the dining room, bar, and patio Take orders, enter tickets accurately, and communicate clearly with the kitchen Prepare and serve cocktails, wine, and beer to house standards Learn our food, wine, whiskey, and cocktail menus well enough to guide guests Bus, reset, and maintain tables and the bar throughout service Assist with prep, dish, restocking, and cleaning as needed Complete opening, side, and closing duties Follow all WA state alcohol service and food safety requirements What we're looking for A positive, team-first attitude and a genuine willingness to help wherever needed Reliability and strong communication Ability to stay organized and calm during a busy service Comfort learning a detailed food, wine, and cocktail program Prior restaurant experience preferred; we'll train the right person Must be 21 or older — no exceptions, as this role includes bar shifts WA MAST permit and Food Worker Card required (or obtained before your first shift) Able to stand, walk, and carry trays for a full shift Schedule We are open Tuesday through Saturday, evenings, 4:30 PM to 9. Weekend availability is required. Closed Sundays and Mondays — two consecutive days off every week. Compensation $17.13 per hour plus a share of pooled tips.
