Shift Options: 5:20 AM 5:50 AM 2:20 PM 3:20 PM Job Responsibilities: Process fresh salmon in a cold environment. Follow safety and quality standards. Work collaboratively in a fast-paced production environment. Requirements: Ability to work in cold conditions. Availability to work Monday through Saturday. Strong work ethic and willingness to grow within the company. Pay and Benefits: Starting pay: $14.50 – $18.50 per hour (plus overtime) for 40+ hours per week. Salary increases at 3 months, 1 year, and 2 years. On-the-job training provided. Personal protective equipment (PPE) and uniforms provided. Direct deposit. Two weeks of paid vacation. Year-end bonus.
