Holy Trinity Monastery Center in Saint David is seeking a reliable Part-Time Kitchen Assistant to join our team starting this September. We are a retreat center hosting weekend guests from September through April. In this role, you will help prepare and serve meals for groups of 20 to 50 people. Key Responsibilities: Assist with weekend meal preparation and cooking. Support menu planning and food ordering.Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen environment. Requirements & Qualifications: Mandatory weekend availability. Experience with menu planning and food ordering is a strong plus.Ability to cook for medium-sized groups (20–50 people).
