Be a team player, assisting with diverse bakery tasks PRODUCTION BAKER – WHOLESALE BAKERY We’re hiring 2 experienced bakers to join our wholesale production team. We are looking for people with a minimum of 2 years of experience working in a commercial bakery setting who are comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. This is a hands-on production job. You’ll be working in front of hot ovens, baking, glazing, prepping, packing, cleaning, and jumping in wherever the team needs help. We need someone who works hard, moves with urgency, stays organized, and understands that in a wholesale bakery, everyone helps with everything. POSITION 1 – BAKING FOCUSED Thursday–Monday | 1:00pm–9:30pm OFF Tuesday & Wednesday This position is more heavily focused on baking and oven work while also assisting with baking, glazing, packing, and general production as needed. POSITION 2 – PREP FOCUSED Wednesday–Sunday | 2:30pm–10:30pm OFF Monday & Tuesday This position is more heavily focused on production prep while also assisting with baking, glazing, packing, and general production as needed. REQUIREMENTS • Minimum 2 years commercial bakery experience • Comfortable working around hot ovens for extended periods • Able to work quickly and efficiently in a high-volume environment • Reliable and punctual • Team player willing to help in all areas of production • Able to stand for extended periods and perform the physical duties of a production bakery • Spanish-speaking or bilingual candidates strongly preferred due to daily communication with our production team Please reply with your resume, bakery experience, and which position/schedule you are interested in.
