Opportunity for leadership responsibility in a team-focused local business Lead Server– Philomena Pizza (East Oakland) Philomena is a busy neighborhood pizza restaurant in East Oakland focused on strong service, steady systems, and a loyal customer base. We are hiring a Lead Server to anchor our weekend evening shifts. This is not an entry-level role. We are looking for someone confident, reliable, and comfortable leading a floor during high-volume service. Schedule (Estimated with current needs, may change) Thursday–Sunday nights Approximately 4:00/6:00 PM – 11:30 PM Approximately 25–35 hours per week Consistent weekend night availability is mandatory. Due to Lead responsibilities, this role has limited shift-swap flexibility. You will work closely with a Co-Lead to cover each other when needed. Compensation $19 per hour + tips ($5-$25/hour) This role is designed for someone seeking consistent weekend income and leadership responsibility. Servers and Leads are responsible for end-to-end service. On most nights there is no dedicated host, busser, or expo.
